Love this handheld electric shaver! The noise level is very low , about the same as a pair of small trimmers. It is very easy to take apart and clean . Soft for my kitty's teeth
I have six cats and each get their own tooth brush. Each cat is noted with a different color and they are small enough for kitties teeth and not harsh. Bristles are soft so kitty gums do not get irritated.

Nice for small dogs
